By booking a consultation or using our digital resources, you agree to these guidelines, which ensure your privacy is guarded, our expertise is respected, and your experience remains focused on what matters most: your health outcomes.

Accessing the NutriSystem Malaysia website, booking a consultation via our portal, or downloading our meal planning resources constitutes a binding agreement. By continuing, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or dependent, you accept these terms in their entirety and assume responsibility for their adherence.
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in Malaysian healthcare regulations or our service protocols. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email to the address provided during consultation booking.
2. Client Responsibilities & Clinical Integrity
Our relationship is built on honesty. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding your medical history, dietary habits, allergies, and weight management goals. Omission of critical health data (such as pre-diabetic conditions or medication interactions) releases NutriSystem Malaysia from liability for adverse outcomes arising from our recommendations.
Scenario: A "Busy Professional" client fails to disclose metformin usage. Our meal plan causes hypoglycemia.
Protocol: Immediate consultation suspension and referral to their primary physician is required.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is deemed authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. The Vault: Privacy & Data Sovereignty
We adhere strictly to the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. Your personal health information (PHI) is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party advertisers.
Data Retention Policy
Client files are retained for a minimum of 5 years post-consultation, as required by the Ministry of Health Malaysia. Upon request, we may delete files sooner, provided this does not conflict with legal audit requirements. See full Privacy Policy.
4. Scope of Service & Intellectual Property
Medical Disclaimer
NutriSystem Malaysia provides nutritional counseling and meal planning support. We are not a medical hospital or emergency service. Our advice complements, but does not replace, guidance from your primary care physician. If you experience chest pain, severe hypoglycemia, or allergic reactions, dial 999 immediately.
Intellectual Property
All meal plans, recipe cards, and methodologies developed by NutriSystem Malaysia are proprietary.
- Personal use is granted.
- Commercial redistribution is prohibited.
- Sharing outside your household requires written consent.
Payments & Refunds
Consultations are prepaid via our secure gateway. Refunds are processed only if the nutritionist cancels or if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advance due to medical emergencies. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
